To ensure that your health and care is in the very best hands, a great deal of trouble is taken choosing reliable, caring staff. We check the qualifications of all our carers rigorously and all references are thoroughly taken up to ensure that our clients have peace of mind. We also ensure enhanced level Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checks are undertaken prior to appointment. You may click on the CRB logo to learn more.

A team of Supervisors work alongside Care staff to give professional advice and support. Training is given where necessary to ensure that carers are proficient in the skills they need. A well established reviewing system operates between Evolve management and other involved professionals, family members, and carers.
