We check the qualifications of all our carers rigorously and all references are thoroughly taken up to ensure that our clients have peace of mind. A team of Supervisors work alongside Care staff to give professional advice and support. Training is given where necessary to ensure that carers are proficient in the skills they need. A well established reviewing system operates between Evolve management and other involved professionals, family members, and carers.
